The Samoset Community
The so-called Samoset Triangle is about 500 homes about 5 miles west of Woodland, in a triangle made by Highway  301 on the east, 38h Avenue on the south, and 15th Street on the west.  It is very ethnically and culturally diverse.

Our vision is to help strengthen families, demonstrate the love of God, and share the light and knowledge of Christ.

The Need: Gang recruitment is a major problem and concern of the residents.  Many of the children this age are latchkey kids.  Many live in poverty in single parent homes. Fewer than 25% of the families are affiliated with a religious group of any kind.
